Sunday Stories with M.J. Fievre's "Haiti A to Z"

  • MOCA Pavillion 770 Northeast 125th Terrace North Miami, FL, 33161 United States (map)

The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) North Miami invites families to celebrate Haitian Heritage Month with a special Sunday Stories program. This free interactive session features a read-aloud of Haiti A to Z, a bilingual ABC book that introduces children ages 1-5 to Haitian culture, landmarks, and traditions through vibrant illustrations and rhyming text. Following the story, participants will engage in a flag collage creation activity, allowing them to express their creativity while learning about the Haitian flag's symbolism. The program offers a fun and educational experience for children to connect with Haitian heritage through storytelling and art.
